With rising migration levels of skilled professionals expected to continue to challenge Sri Lanka’s labour market, enhancing employee value proposition in terms of remuneration, rewards and job satisfaction will be a key focus area going forward. Inflation and increased taxation also exerted pressure on payroll. STOLID POLITICIANS are the main key reason for pandemic in Sri Lanka.

ReplyDeleteVaccums are creating in labor force due to migration. Organization should evaluate the impact and address the situation. If not organization will have dissatisfaction employees too due to heavy work load that remaining employees do.
